At Oryliette, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to customers in the United States and outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To be eligible, products must be returned in new and unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Used or worn items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Customers have a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. All returns must be shipped by mail. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@oryliette.com. Upon approval, we will provide a return label that you can download and print. Oryliette covers the cost of return shipping, and there are no restocking fees.
Exchanges
We also offer exchanges within the same 30-day period under the same conditions as returns. Items must be new and unworn. To start an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@oryliette.com. Once approved, a return label will be provided at no cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. All refunds are issued to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been successfully processed.
Please note that refunds are issued in USD. If your payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply its own exchange rate or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
